Building second express entry profile in the same account

Hi Friends,
I would like to re-submit my express entry profile with below sequence of steps. Is it possible?

1. build the second profile without withdrawing the first submitted profile
2. Complete the second profile with all the details
3. Withdraw the first submitted profile
4. Submit the completed second profile

I would like to do this as ONIP is picking recent profiles instead of older ones.

Please let me know.
