"Build your Job Match profile by adding your education"

Those of you who have ever tried to build you job seeker profile, have certainly come across the "Education" part which says:

Build your Job Match profile by adding your education

But no matter what search term I enter to add another certificate/qualification, I always get the following message:


Search for “...” did not produce any results

For example if I want to add my Bachelor's degree, the following will be shown:

Search for “Bachelor's degree” did not produce any results.

As a result, I'm unable to add my educational qualifications/certificates. The only option is "Secondary (high) school graduation certificate" which is by default selected in the middle of the page.

Any help?

That functionality appears to be broken temporarily. My profile shows the educational qualifications as I had searched and selected them sometime in March but I'm not able to add any new qualifications now as it gives me the same error.

Just activate your profile for now and keep watching that site once in a while - hopefully they'll fix it soon. If possible, send them a mail about this if you can locate a service id on that site.

Thank you for your reply. I was getting in a flap. By the way, could you also tell me what options I am supposed to select in the first step which is about job location? Honestly I don't care which part of the Canada I'm going to settle myself. How can I choose "The Entire Canada"?
