There's no way to get yourself on the expedited processing track. CIC selects the applications that are transferred.

CandC! YAY! You're one day off my xfer date and the same office!!
Should be interesting to see what the timelines for this is like.

I was shaking when we got the letter, I thought for sure it was PPR, but this
is definitely better than nothing So happy I don't need to deal with Buffalo,
and to be honest since I know we would whoop ass in the interview,
im almost hoping to get picked so we can visit LA! I've never been there
