Buffalo VO-Documents sent in June 2012 and File not Transferred to Ottawa

Hi,

Is there anyone whose file Documents were recevied by Buffalo VO and the file was not tranferred to Ottawa?

My Case is somewhat odd. I had sent my medical results before June 2012, however they asked my for processing fee in the form of a DD (i had sent it in Credit Card authorization form to them), which was delivered to them on June 8, 2012.

It has been almost 3 months now, I have not heard back from them.

Can anyone help me understand what may be happening with my application? I am unable to contact Buffalo VO and no response from Ottaw too (I had written an email to them to check if my file is with them).

Please also share if anyone had similar experience.

Have you requested your GCMS notes? If not, I would suggest doing so - worst case then you'll know something in 30 days time.

I get the sense that Ottawa is overwhelmed with inquiries right now as I've only seen a single report of an actual response from Ottawa and that was to a general (non-case-specific) inquiry.

My file is not transfer to Ottawa too.
According to my eCAS, it transfer to Detroit.
My Medical Exam was in Feb 2012, and i still hear nothing after that...
