I wanted to check with the group about applications send to the Buffalo consulate in Sep. Below are the series of events in my application process-
March 2010 - Applied first to CIO, Nova Scotia
May 2010- Application got approved at CIO Nova Scotia, got an email with a reference number and a 120 day time to apply to Buffalo, New York, with updated paperwork.
Mid Sep 2010 - (10 days before 120 day deadline), I sent my application to Buffalo, NY, using Fedex overnight, and since have not heard anything. I have a fedex tracking of the application reaching the Buffalo office.
Any insight into the timelines/ inputs from anyone else in the similar situation, would be greatly appreciated.
