BUFFALO APPLICANTS - File transferred to other VO due to Buffalo closing down

hey updated date was April 02, 2012.
I applied May 2011 for Alberta PNP.
In the notes file was created sept 2011 . rec'd date is May 2011.
I wonder if i will get my pr this year?

can you tell if your Eligibility passed after criminality passed? and what date you went to In process?

I did contact Seattle because i got married to a Canadian citizen and they replied asking for whole bunch of documents regarding my spouse. I also metioned that where both living in different provinces (alberta, Ontario) and how much longer it would take.
I'm not sure if that was a good idea? But, whatever i need to know since, we've been living apart since, January. So, once i get my pr i can join my spouse in Ontario. So, thats why i really want to get my PR soon. But, i don't know how much longer this will take!

Which one should I need to select. I am applying from inside Canada for my OWN application. Please suggest me.

Eligibility: In Processing
Security: Not started
Criminality: In Processing
Medical: Passed
Due date: Sep 6

I havent received anything since l did medical check last October. It's gonna be expired on Oct 13, 2012...

Wanted to share my timeline with everyone and see if anyone knows if your application starts from when you applied to Buffalo OR when your application arrived at Ottawa from Buffalo.....just spoke to CIC and they suggested it could be another 12 months

It seems they gave 2 months due date from the time your file was received at Ottawa. Has your ecas changed to in process? If no, going by your GCMS it seems they havent looked at your file yet!

If they have, the updated date on your GCMS will tell you if any changes have been made to your file.

Seems like there is no update since Jul 7. My ecas has never been changed since they received my medical check last year. Only shows application received in April 2011 and medical received, that's all. I updated my mailing address on online at the beginning of this month, but it still shows my old address. I think you are right, they might not do anything on my file ever since Jul 7...

You updated your address using ECAS? I dont think thats the right method. When you received AOR from Ottawa, didnt they include a form for changing addresses? If so, use that to do it.

If it was just your file being transferred I would have said maximum 3 months to hear something. However, I dont think they have looked at July transfer files yet and still might be working on May transfers. I think it will take them 3-4 months so hopefully by november.

The next step would be for them to check your eligibility and once that is passed, your ecas should go into process. You should wait for that next and probably get another GCMS once that happens to find out your next due date!
