BUFFALO APPLICANTS - File transferred to other VO due to Buffalo closing down

i think if all three checks are complete, then Eligibility is passed automatically for PNP applicants. Then the application stats goes to In Process on ECAS and PPR is expected at the next due date.

I'm a PNP applicant and my GCMS shows Eligibility passed, medical passed, and criminality/security in progress.
so I dont think there's a specific order for those.
Also I have seen other applicants' cases where their GCMS showed "not started" for elig and criminality and they received their PPR shortly after that.

Is your ecas status In Process as well?

One thing is for sure that in Elig is passed, then the status is In Process.

Otherwise, yes nothing can be assumed for sure about this whole process. It is different for everyone.

I think it depends upon the nationality more than anything.

Criminality check status updated on 2011/7/22, and the due date is 2012/7/22. Medical expiration date: 2012/8/10.

yes my e-cas is in process since february... I agree on the nationality point
what's weird in my case is that I received an email in March saying that they have finished the initial assessment, and they dont expect an interview. they also asked for RPRF payment... has anyone received a similar email?
it all boils down to that buffalo transfer. we 2011 applicants are just not lucky. 2012 applicants are already getting their PPR's

Yes, but I haven't heard back from them. Last time I contacted Buffalo they told me to be patient and wait (more).

I went to the MP's office in my city, and I was told that the processing times shown on cic website are from the date of AOR. In that case yours is about 13months
while mine is 12months. Still there is a great level of waiting and anxiety!!

Got my second GCMS this morning. It's pretty much the same as the first one except that it shows now my file was transferred to Ottawa on July 7th 2012 in note and paper file history sections.

Also, this time it shows my wife's information as well. I guess having submitted IMM5475E paid off.

Other than that nothing has changed for the last month.

Under assessments it shows:

Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress
Medical: Passed

And my due date is Sep 22nd, 2012.

What is the late Note and when was the last time file was updated?

According to the website it says, the timeline is when they receive your complete application!

CEC applicant got PPR who got transferred on July 7th. His medical already expired, so he wasnt asked to redo it!

Its about time we get it to.. get ready July 7th transfers!
