Does anybody know if I have have to send both the originals and a photocopy of all the documents that I am including in my provincial nominee application: such as the application for permanent residence, additional family information, background declaration form etc etc. Or do they only need a photocopy of all these forms and I keep the originals? Do all the photocopied pages have to be notarized?

Dear Lucho:

You have to send the original set of federal forms. Because you have sent the photocopies of those forms to AINP, those photocopies will be mailed from Edmonton to Buffalo and you will send you orginal forms from your address to Buffalo CIC. They do it so because they wanna see how accurate and similar was your information while you aplied for nomination and for PR Visa and also they wanna keep same information about you and your past in both offices: Buffalo and Edmonton. There is no need to notarize those forms just put photograph on original forms and mail.
