Budget for Montreal

Anyone currently living and studying in Montreal?

According to the website, one needs to have C$21,000 to live in Montreal with spouse and 2 children. This seems ridiculously low. Or am I underestimating the good value Montreal is as a city.

Please share your experience as to the true cost of living in Montreal with alone or as a family.

all iknow is that montreal things are a bit cheaper than other places. for example property. but the salaries are a bit low aswell.

but it wouldnt hurt to do a bit more research ? good luck
