i am btech dropout i would like to migrate to Canada.Can anyone please tell me is it possible to migrate without any degree.And in case if buy degree certificate will it be helpful for migration.please tell me the certificate verification process done by Canada embassy.

What do you mean buy a degree certificate ? You mean buy a fake certificate on the basis that you think no checks will be done on your qualifications ? You will be found out at some point and be banned from Canada so do not do it.
