Hello Bryanna
I got rejected for tourist visa for the following terms:
Purpose of visit
Travel history
Financial status
My bank account was 10k usd
Iam a 4th year student as I didn't travel anywhere .
My purpose of visit was visiting friends as its mentioned in the invitation letter
I really dont know what to do as Iam frustrated for the rejection
I dont have strong ties to my country as Iam an university student so the only proof that I have is the university student proof .
Please tell me what to do .

1. Purpose of visit: Although you would like to visit your friends, you must put together a well-defined plan of what you'd like do. This is a detailed day-by-day itinerary with expense estimates.

2. Travel history: Ideally, you should have traveled to countries like the US/UK/Schengen/Australia NZ for short visits. This would help to prove that you have a history of returning to your home country after each visit abroad.

3. Financial status: Did you borrow any part of the money in your bank account from someone? Was it transferred shortly before you applied?


a. What documents did you submit for your study ties? Are you studying in the final year of your degree program? Do you have any exams or thesis defense scheduled after your intended visit? Are you an intern/working part-time?

b. Do you live with your parents or by yourself in rented accommodation?

c. What documents did your Canadian hosts provide? By any chance, did you want to visit a girlfriend/boyfriend in Canada?

d. Are you a member of any sports club/volunteer or charity group? If yes, do you have any event scheduled after your visit?
