My sister has visited Canada in year 2015 and her passport & visa expired yesterday.

She is applying for new TRV with her husband next week.

Can she apply under CAN+ program in India ? (Paper application)

Can + Program still exist ?

Hi,

Yes, CAN+ exists.

Your sister must submit her old passport (old TRV) + inform the VFS staff that she's applying under CAN+.

For the cover letter: She must mention her application as CAN+.... and scan the entry stamp of her previous visit

Old passport - original or photocopy ?

Her husband and her both are applying together. Her husband is not eligible for CAN+.

Still she can request CAN+ for herself as she already has been in Canada once ???

With CAN+, she will be adding all supporting documents from Canada and India.

Yes, she can request CAN+ only for herself. Her application will be assessed separately
