Hi currently am in Canada on visitor visa and my husband is on full time work permit. our kid is in india(she is two n half year) and we want her to bring here in canada as a visitor. can we apply her paper based visa in india? as we both me n my husband want to go india and get her here.

If yes! then what will be the documentation and process to apply there in india?
