Bryana please help passport request question

Online application...... CIC haven't sent me an email with letter and it still says in process. On the final decision it says submit passport and see new messages but there is no new message should I wait or contact CIC that I have not received a passport submit letter.

I suggest you email the Rome visa office to request for the passport submission letter

Thanks a lot Braynna Italy visa office response within 5 hours and emailed the letter direct in the email to submit passport. They also apologized for their inconvenience. So we will send our passport tomorrow to Rome. The letter date was July 31, 2017 we have only 20 more days to submit passport.

I wouldn't bother about the updates in the online account. It would change when their visas are stamped/passports are dispatched.

It was important to get the passport request letters. Your mom and sister-in-law can now submit their passports

They refused my sister in law visa in 3 days of submission.

My mother in law visa approval came in also in 3 days almost same application documents for both but my sister in law on work visa in Greece and my mother in law is permanent May be that was the difference

Not necessarily. It would depend on the documents/evidence which your sister-in-law submitted + if she had proved her strong ties to both Greece and/or to India
