can my brother, a Canadian citizen sponsor me and my family to come to Canada

Does he have any family in Canada? Does he have children or a spouse / common law partner? Are either of your parents still alive?

If the answer to one or more of these questions is yes, then he cannot sponsor you unfortunately. You will have to qualify on your own.
