I am currently filling up the application for temporary resident visa, under the section C which is asking for brothers and sister (half brother and step brother or sister). I looked upon the dictionary to find the meaning of it, and also I can't remember What I did includes on my first application for visa when I was in the Philippines. Does it matter if I would have different name includes on my form which ask brothers and sister that differs from the one I previously write on when I was in the Philippines?

One more thing I would like to ask is I have brothers and sisters whom which I had Grown up with when I was young and because I am adopted child of their parents( but not legally adopted). Their Father (my foster parent) that I had grown up with is my half brother in reality. The question is do I have to include MY BROTHER AND SISTER that I had grown up with on my list of brother and sister in my application for TRV?

General rule is, anyone who is bloodly related to you, you should put in. So if your brother and you have the same mom, different dad, include him. Or same dad but different mother. I'm not sure what you would put if you were legally adopted, but that obviously isn't the case here.
