Same School, Reason School wants to save 2 months Salary during Summer holidays. They ask Temporary teachers to resign and join back during Summer vacations.
Working Hours are above 1560 as per CIC guidelines.
Salary is credited into the bank account.
PF Deducted based on Monthly Salary given.
It's a temporary Job/ Adhoc from weekly 40 hours
40 hours per week * 44 Weeks = 1760 Hours
CIC will consider this a 2-year experience?
Will it be considered as a Full time or Part time?
