One of my Friend's wife have broken experience as a Teacher
July 2016 - May 2017
July 2017 - May 2018
July 2018 - Till Date
Same School, Reason School wants to save 2 months Salary during Summer holidays. They ask Temporary teachers to resign and join back during Summer vacations.
Working Hours are above 1560 as per CIC guidelines.
Salary is credited into the bank account.
PF Deducted based on Monthly Salary given.
It's a temporary Job/ Adhoc from weekly 40 hours
40 hours per week * 44 Weeks = 1760 Hours

CIC will consider this a 2-year experience?

Will it be considered as a Full time or Part time?

She won't meet the requirement of one continuous year of full time employment and hence will not be eligible for EE.

What documents she need from Previous employeer , as they were paying in cash ?
Previous employeer is ready to give Reference letter which inculdes full address, telephone number , e-mail address , job title , dates she worked for, number of hours per week; annual salary

She will meet one year continuous employment then and be eligible for EE.

Her work experience will be considered three years or more.

Reference letter should mention that she was paid in cash and supporting evidence should be provided such as payslips, regular deposits into bank account, income tax returns and any other evidence you can find to show that she was paid in cash.
