Hi I am a software engineer with 2, almost 3 years of experience working in the U.S.

I wonder, do people have to have college degrees for this PNP program if a job offer is secured somehow?

also what are some good job websites to search for jobs while living outside Canada.

Everything is in the Program Guide on the BC PNP website including the employer requirements as they must support your application and prove they couldn’t find anyone in Canada or BC. As for degree, in the guide it states,

“ minimum two years of directly related full-time (or full-time equivalent) work experience in the skilled occupation that has been offered to you, and, if applicable, the credentials and qualification requirements of the position.”

So read the guide, it will tell you all. Job Bank, Indeed but don’t expect responses unless your skill is niche. Most posting will say only hiring those with work authorization.
