I'm married,separated for 8yrs and i have an illegitimate child whose surname is under her biological father.I am planning to bring her to Canada with me.Is there will be any problem with my application in bringing her?I'm still using the surname of my ex husband.I hope you can enlighten me with this one as I am about to file my immigration papers.Thanks!
