Lets say you are in Canada on a study permit / PGWP, but you wish to bring your spouse after you got your approval, (meaning you did not include your spouse in your earlier permit application, or you weren't married then), what will the procedures be?
If your spouse can still come, will your spouse be able to get the open work permit?
