I am curently live in quebec and have my Business here, however i am planning to move to Ontario by may next year. My husband doesn't want to settle in Quebec at all, Is it possible to prsent a lease for Ontario and also a job offer for him there? And not involve Quebec since the process will take almost 4 years. and why when he will never want to go to quebec,

Your application will be handled as a Quebec application as long as you are living there. Once you have moved, you can notify IRCC and see if you can get yourself out of the Quebec program. Some people here have reported that this hasn't worked for them so just be aware of that. If you want to avoid all risk of falling under the Quebec program, then move earlier or wait until you have moved next May before you apply.

Is your business moving to Ontario? Proof that you moved your business to Ontario would also be a very good idea to include.
