Bringing my Cats to Ontario

Hello Everyone,

I'm planning to travel to Toronto in July 2022, I have 3 cats who would be moving along with me. I initially thought of taking a direct flight as I have 2 toddlers as well. I looked at Air Canada and Air India as options to directly fly from New Delhi to Toronto. Now my cats do not fit into the carry them into the cabin option because one is too anxious and others do not fit in the weight category of less than 5kgs. So I thought I would send them into the baggage compartment. But in Air Canada they do not allow pets in Baggage area between March and October due to heat conditions.

I am now looking for all options that would work help me take my pet kids in July. There are 2 possible options I found through my research,
1. Cargo by Air
2. Pet courier

If anyone has done this recently please suggest what would be the best option.

The only difference is, a pet courier would essentially do the leg work, equipment, logistics, etc. of air cargo for you. Option #1 you would have to do all the paperwork and procure the cage to the airline's specifics yourself.

Got to take a cat from an equally hot Asian country to Toronto in August in the baggage compartment, so I find it weird Air Canada has this restriction for India, but it is what it is.
