Bring spouse to Canada, If I already have a PR

Hi,

I already have a PR in Canada and I am getting married soon and want to bring my spouse to Canada. My spouse would also like to work in Canada.

Can anyone advise what's the best method to bring my spouse to Canada, so that she can also work in Canada?

She is applying for the Express entry application separately (as single) before we get married. Would this be the best way to come to Canada and what other option do I have if she doesn't get selected through Express entry?

Depending on her qualifications and CRS applying via EE would be faster than spousal sponsorship which can take up to a year.

She is giving her IELTS exam, if she doesn't get CLB 9 above in all the sections then she would only score around 413, which is not enough.

Is there any other way that I can at least bring her to Canada as dependent and then she can apply for PR or work permit while in Canada.
