Bring spouse [newly married ] to Canada ASAP

Hello All,

Please help me with below Queries,

I working in Canada with closed work permit from my India employer. I have applied for PR as single applicant as AOR Oct-2020. I have called IRCC on 1st March 2021 and nothing is started except criminality check after medical pass. Now i m planning to get married in May in india ( with Indian resident and citizen ) and want to bring her here ASAP.
I will Inform IRCC very after marriage but I m afraid that , it will delay my processing heavily. And I want to apply for open work permit to my wife, so that she can come Canada in 2 to 3 months. now,

1) Can I apply for open work permit first of all with my current closed work permit status while my PR is in progress and with spouse added to profile?
2) if I add spouse to my EE profile will IRCC raises any concerns as this is new marriage ?
3) My current work permit is till Nov-2021. is there any mandatory minimum time left on visa to apply for spouse open work permit?

any suggestion to bring her to canada ASAP are most welcome
