Bring my wife into Canada,I'm a PR

I'm a permanent resident of Canada, living in the US, I've been in the US for over a year, I meet this girls in the US and we got married, she's not US citizen, now I'm planning on return to Canada in the next months, and would like to know how I can bring my wife with me. any solution will be highly appreciated.

I got my Canadian PR as of Feb 2011, I was sponsored via family class ( was married for over two years), I left Canada on Nov 2011 and got my divorce.
I married again on Nov 2012 and my plan is to return to Canada on March 2013.

I believe I cannot sponsor my present wife, as there is a law that came out on March 2012, that states if I got my PR via family class sponsorship I'm not OK to sponsor a spouse until 5 year from the date I became a PR, and also a PR cannot sponsor a spouse while outside Canada

I would like to know what way I can take to bring my wife with me ?
can I apply for PNP even that I'm PR ? this way I can bring her with me.
can I apply for qualified worker even that I'm a PR ?

I'm in the US on H1B visa..

You can not apply for PNP now because you are already a PR but your wife can if she qualifies. You are right that you can not sponsor her until 2016 and if you stay outside Canada until then, you will have lost your PR due to the residency obligation.

If you are certain that you qualify to apply through PNP and that you will be able to get a job offer or don't need one, you could renounce your current PR and apply again under PNP with your new wife.

Yes, I can get a job offer, but can I apply for any visa with the job offer without quitting the PR I have already ?

what you would suggest me to do, there is any path that I can take?
