BRIDING WORK PERMIT REJECTED

Hi people I need your help,
My PGWP expired on - 22 June
BOWP applied on - 17 June
ITA received - 31 July
AOR received - 21 September
BOWP rejected - 15 Oct.
So should I go for restoration of status as visitor or should I again apply BOWP.
I don't have job. Please guide me to this.

How could you apply for BOWP if you had not even received ITA? You were not even eligible for ITA and now you are out of status. You are not eligible for a BOWP now because you cannot restore your status to worker (90 days past PGWP expiry).

Don’t even know if you have that because you cannot restore status after 90 days. Check visitor record requirements.
