Bridging work permit

For bridging work permit application. If i give no to this question i dont get any option for open work permit!it says i can apply for trv only -_- Anybody faced the same situation?
Have you been told by immigration, refugees & citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada.

Yes, the email confirmation after submitting a complete eAPR is the AOR for express entry.
