Bridging Open work permit

Hi,

I submitted my application today for Ontario PNP express entry.

I wanted to know when i can apply for Bridging open work permit. Is it upon acknowledgement of receipt or if it is under processing.
I have an express entry score of 471 and still waiting for the invite.

My current work permit expires in 2 months time.

According to CIC, you must have "received a positive eligibility decision" based on your PNP application. This means you have to wait for Ontario PNP to issue you an "Acknowledgment of Receipt letter"
