I am in a very tight situation - Please advise.
1) My Closed WP was expiring on May,2019.
2) I applied for PR in Jan,2019.
3) Since I was not sure whether my employer would extend my Closed WP, I choose to apply for Bridging Open work permit on Feb,2019.
4) I found out in Mar,2019 that my employer is interested in applying for Closed WP extension, I spoke to IRCC and asked them to withdrew my Bridging Open work permit and she said she has taken up the request and its done.
5) In May,2019 I received approval for my Bridging Open work permit which i had requested to withdrew.
Now i don't know what will happen to my Closed WP.
I want my Closed WP and not the Open WP since my employer would only allow me to stay here on PR/Closed WP, not on Open WP.
I do not want to change my employer now since I have claimed 50 points for job offer.
What shall I do now?
