BRIDGING OPEN WORK PERMIT extention

Hi ,
I'm a FSTP applicant and currently hold Bridging open work permit and my PR application is still under process( AOR Dec 05). According to GCMS NOTES the security check not started yet.
My bridging open work permit will expire on may 2021. In worst case scenario if I don't receive the final decision before the expiration of BOWP ,what should I next? Is there is any way to extend BOWP?.

You can apply to extend your BOWP.

I am in the same boat as you. My BOWP expires on May. We can extend it as long as we have valid AOR.
