Bridging open work permit (Bowp ) help!

Hello.

I have post graduate work permit (pgwp) that is expiring next month and would like to apply for bowp before it expires. I have applied for PR as express entry, CEC case.

1. From the questionaire, "do you have a job offer?" Is it yes if you have lmia / closed work permit/ pnp cases only?

2. Which option should I check from the following options in imm5710e?
1) Apply for a work permit with the same employer..
2) apply for a work permit for a first time or a new employer..
3) Get a new temporary resident permit
4) Restore my status as a work... Is it first or second option?

3. For the "Client information" document, do I post Letter of explanation, pgwp I have, aor and that's it? What else do I need to add?

1. Those are the preconditions for a valid job offer, yes. Open work permits don't qualify.

If you have submitted a complete application in EE you would select option 2) above. Don't forget to include the $100 OWP fee.

3. You probably don't need to upload anything in the client information slot unless there is something unusual in your application that needs to be explained.
