Bridging Open Work Permit - Applying Inland

Hi,

I will be sending in my Inland PR application in October. My partner is sponsoring me under common-law.

My Working Holiday Visa expires in December and I would like to stay working in Canada.

Can I submit my work permit application (for a new open work permit) at the same time as my PR application?
