Hi there,
I have a question regarding on the application of BOWP.
I have already got EE BCPNP nominated and my post graduate work permit will be expired at the end of October 2015. The PNP office can provide a Work Permit Support Letter for the nominated applicant. But on their website, they say:
We will only accept requests for work permit support letters if ALL of the following are met:
you have been nominated by the BC PNP, and
you have submitted your application for permanent residence to CIC within the six-month period after you have been nominated, and
you continue to meet the conditions under which you were nominated, and
your current work permit expires within 120 days.

However, on the booklet that PNP mailed to me, it says:
If you did not receive a Work Permit Support Letter and require one, please contact the BCPNP office 90 days before the expiration of your current work permit.
Attach a scanned copy of your current work permit
Since my work permit is expiring in 90-120 days, could I request the Work Permit Support Letter now? and do I need to file the PR application before request this support letter?
