Bridge Open Work Permit -- Help Plz

Hi, I have a urgent question regarding to applying for Bridge Open Work Permit. I have pass the PNP and CIC is currently process my PR application, which means cic has not told me I have been approved for PR application yet. If I need to apply for BOPR through CIC check my eligibility, I need to answer "Yes" to this question "Have you been told by an Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office that you are approved in principle for permanent residence in Canada?" in order to prompt the Bridge Open Work Permit option. So this information from CIC is confusing, because I have not been approved yet. But then, how could I apply BOWP on my cic account?

That means if you have your File Number for PR application yet. If yes, then you are. The letter they need called Acknowledgement of Receipt(AOR), just attach that to explanation letter of your BOWP, then it should be fine.
