Did anyone have to ask for a bridge extension concerning their study permit while in Quebec? If so, did you have to apply for a new CAQ. I was informed by CIC that I would not need a new one since I am not studying (only waiting for my final transcript), but the IMM 5709 form will not validate without the CAQ expiry date. Did anyone have to deal with a similar issue?
