Hi Guys, I just want to ask:
I have SINP application in process status, and my work permit expired March 2024 and got refusal for extension on 19 June 2024 because it was OWP-V (vulnerable can't be extended).
My question is:
Can I apply for a bridging open work permit when my SINP application is In process?

No. Most likely not as you need to be eligible to restore status to worker within 90 days of permit expiry.
