Hello,

I need help with these 2 questions.

1. How long does it take to receive the temporary document WP-EXT except PGWP after applying for BOWP.

2. Does my implied status start after the submission and confirmation of application or after i receive the WP-EXT document.

1. It depends, you might not even get it at all.
2. Yes, you need the WP-EXT to be on the maintained (implied) status.

I’m a bit confused right now.

I submitted a T13 work permit application in February and I am currently on a WP-EXT except PGWP that expires in August.

I have been requested to provide employer compliance fee and i replied asking for more time.

I just submitted my PR application on May 31st and also applied for my BOWP.

How do I continue to maintain my status and work if i get a refusal on the T13 application before the WP-EXT comes in for my BOWP.

Please help.
