BOWP withdrawal

Hi guys, I applied for a PR via express entry and for BOWP at the same time - in December. In March I got the PR and yesterday I got the email that my Bridging open work permit was withdrawn. My question is: will I get the refund for the BOWP? Should I apply for it? Or it’s non refundable? Thank you all!

Should you apply for what??? the refund or the BOWP? Since you have PR, the permit is not needed. You should submit a follow-up (webform) inquiring about the refund of the BOWP application fees. Or give IRCC a call.
