BOWP while I have Closed WP and applied for PR

Hi guys!


I'd like to ask you about BOWP. I have a work permit tied to Employer A and it's valid for another 2 years.


I also applied for PR under Province Nomination Program, and now I have to wait up to 18 months.


Can I go to the border, and get BOWP right now?


I just need open WP to work anywhere O want to... Thank you!

it's super important to me, and to many other immigrants.

I heard that I can go to the border and obtain a new BOWP even if my current WP is valid for more than 4 months. Is it true?
