Hope to find some answers..

BOWP denied few days after PR got rejected.
90 days restoration period ends in January. But currenty not working anywhere.

I have reapplied with 476 score and recieved ITA under CEC category.

My question is do I need to show proof of funds in this case because I dont have a job at the moment? Or as the cic.gc site states that you dont need to show funds if ita received under CEC category.

There is no requirement to be employed to apply for PR. As the IRCC website states, CEC applicants do not need to show proof of funds.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1145&top=29

"Note: You do not have to meet the funds requirement if you were invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class.

The system currently asks all applicants to provide a proof of funds document. If you don’t need to provide proof of funds, you must upload a letter explaining either that you have been invited to apply under the Canadian Experience Class, or that you have a valid job offer."

As for your status in Canada, you need to sort that out. Either apply for restoration and a visitors permit, or prepare to leave ASAP. If you are in Canada, it is mandatory to have valid status to be eligible for PR.
