BOWP Refund?

Hi

I received confirmation today in MY CIC account that our PR application has been approved.

So we're just waiting now for the visa/COPR to arrive

With less than 2 weeks left on our permits I filed a BOWP/SOWP application by mail. The CIC website shows they are currently dealing with BOWP application from late Sept, I sent ours in late Nov.

Will the CIC automatically refund me the fee or do I need to apply for the refund? If I need to apply, then at what point is it safe to do so? I assume I would elegible for a refund on a permit as I have been granted PR, and I assume that they haven't started processing our BOWP application

Supposedly CIC is doing it automatically, however I requested the withdrawal through Case Specific Enquiry website.

Your case is a bit different, because you lost your temporary worker status before get PR, I don't think it could be any consequences but wait until landing to request the withdrawal or just let CIC to do it

Hi guys,

My CEC PR application is in the pool with 443 scores. My current PGWP and temporary resident visa expire on 8 May 2019.

I am preparing another IELTS test in order to get more points and meanwhile I have submitted AINP and waiting for the feedback.

I need to apply for a BOWP before my permit expired. My plan is to apply by paper in order to gain more time for me to get ITA or invitation form Alberta. I understand my application for BOWP will be rejected without ITA. My question is:

1. How can I apply by paper? I have created an online application and haven't finished the forms and uploaded passport and anything else yet. I could not find instruction for submitting the application by paper.

2. How can I pay the fees if I mail the papers? I know I can pay the fees online, however, is it the last step for an online application that paying the fees?

3. Since my PGWP is going to expire at the same time as my Temporary Resident Visa, should I do something to my TRV in the mean time?

Hi! You can pay application fee online & they will send you a receipt. Print & attach your receipt to ur application.

Yes I have. Send everything in the document check list. But you probably have to get ITA & AoR soon, 30-45 days. You mail
All the documents first , and submit AOR later via webform if they haven't started processing. Try to increase your score

Yess. Put everything in the checklist. And once you get AOR copy of that. Also make sure you sign the application and date. Good luck dear ! Ace the ielts, focus all ur effort there.

1. If I started work on 8 April 2018 which was after I applied the PGWP but before I got the work permit (It is legal), Which date should I put in "Current country or territory of residence"? Form actual work time 8 April 2018 to work permit expiry date 9 May 2019 ? or should I fill my work permit duration from 9 May 2018 to 9 May 2019? ( Personal Details 7 )

2. Do I need to fill in the "Details of Intended Work in Canada" with my existed employer information? If not, should I put N/A? (Details of Intended Work in Canada2.3.4.5)

3. Employment part asked me to give the past 10 years details, but there is not enough space to fill in all 10 years but only 7 years. What should I do?

Do a extra work document with the table format and label it as continued employment write a LOR mention about the additional page

#1 I put my work permit duration. But I think u can when u applied for PGWP. I got my PGWP same month I applied.
