BOWP Questions

Hi All,

I am the main applicant on EE application with my Common-Law partner.

We got out AOR on Jan 18th 2020.

We now need to complete a BOWP Application.

Am I correct in saying that we both need to complete separate BOWP Applications? - If so, where would my common law partner find her AOR letter? I have checked my account and the AOR is there but I'm not sure if she can use this on her BOWP?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am the principal applicant so I applied for the BOWP and added my spouse (to extend his work permit) and 2 kids (to extend their stay) . There is not a separate AOR letter for the secondary applicant.

The primary applicant on the PR needs to apply for the BOWP and answer the correct questions when being asked about the common law. You'll then have a separate section to apply together under the same application, exactly like the PR.

You only need to provide the AOR the primary applicant received. It's the only one that exists.
