BOWP Question - Can I change employer after I submitted my PR application

Hi all,

can somebody help me with this question...

I have submitted express entry PR application under CEC. I am planning to quit my job very soon and get a new one.
My current WP is expiring in July. If I get a new job soon, can I apply for BOWP even though the employer is different from the one I had under express entry?!!

Also.. in this case what do you select on the BOWP application form - extend WP with same employer, or initial work permit with new employer?

Yes, you can apply for BOWP even if you're working/unemployed/working for another employer as long as you meet the other requirements.
