BOWP / Pregnancy / ITA

Hi guys, I hope everybody is doing well, I want to share my current situation looking for some guidance with your experienced

1. My husband and I, we are under OWP and SOWP (He studied a master last year), this renewed work permit expires Feb2021
2. Both of us will get the year of Canadian Experience in Sept 2020, with this we have enough points to receive an ITA.
3. We are worried about timings... if we receive the ITA in October we have to apply for a BOWP, as a Spouse can I apply?
4. To put all the situation even more excited, I'm expecting, I'm in early pregnancy my due date is March 2021, so I'm also worried if I don't get a "second extension" for my work permit and OHIP.

Please if you can share with me any tips or your personal experiences about this

If the principle applicant (your spouse) gets a BOWP, you should be entitled to an SOWP, as long as he can show that he has a NOC B or higher job.
