BOWP -online application link not working. PLEASE HELP

Hello people I have been trying to file for my BOWP online but for some reason it says the below for the last 3 days. My WP will be expiring soon on June 24 and I still havent received any news on my PR application. Please guide me as to how I can submit a BOWP paper application or if I am using the wrong link. Please help.

@CBTSHARE thankyou for replying I am worried because of this. Do you know how to apply for BOWP by paper? If yes please share.

Hey just change the quesstionare answer from Live permanently to Live Temporarily 6 months+, it should take you to the BOWP option. I simply wasted time fretting the system is down Hope this helps you.
