BOWP not linked to application tracker

Hi,
Should my BOWP application automatically be linked to my application tracker account? I am not able to see and wonder is if something might be wrong with my application.
Otherwise how can I link my BOWP to my tracker manually? I do not see any option on the tracker to do so.
