BOWP IMM5710 uploading error!!

Hi,

I am trying to upload IMM5710 form to extend my work permit. I am getting the following error:

Error Description:

Your status expiry date in the answer you provided previously does not correspond to the Restoration in your form. Modify your answers or the value in your form.

Does anyone else is experiencing this problem?
How do we deal with this problem?
so far i have tried to upload form through chrome, Firefox, internet explore and also send an email to technical support.

Read the error again!

It says that the date you provided for the expiry of your status does not match to the date that you have provided in the form. You need to make sure the dates match.
