BOWP eligibility

As of today (Jan 30) , I am in EE pool with CRS of 487 and have also applied for NS PNP. Expecting a positive response on NS PNP by end of May. In this situation , my employer is asking to leave Canada on Apr 1 and continue work from India. I do have the option to resign and choose to legally stay until WP expiry which is on July 2025. Does the NS PNP EE application I have submitted makes me eligible to apply for a BOWP ? Thanks in advance for sugesstions/comments.
