BOWP(Dont know what is happening with CIC )

Applied BOWP on March 9th and now it almost April 21 2015.

almost 42 days gone nothing happening ... Are they going to consider it ? ... Nothing moving

CIC staff is horrible.

please wait, 61 working days for online work permit , so it will take almost 3 month

Processing time for BOWP is 61 days like mentioned, you should constantly check the processing times on the CIC website and only panic if your processing time has been longer than the one posted. Patience is a virtue.

We applied for the BOWP on February 11th and it only got approved April 16th. The processing days mentioned online are 'Business days', so please do not count weekends and public holidays in this. You still have a few more weeks to wait for.. have patience!

Processing time is actually 1-3 days. However there is many applicants and we all are in waiting line.

Processing time is 1-3 days? And where exactly did you get this information? From my experience, processing times have never been 1-3 days. They've averaged between 10-20 days in the last couple of years, however, they are significantly higher now due to the volume of applications.
