I have a question about Bridging Open Work Permit for PR applicants under Provincial Nominee Class. The Nomination category is "occupation in high demand", the Nomination certificate says "no employer restriction." One BOWP has been already issued for one year and is about to expire. The applicant was laid off and is offered a job with a different NOC (a less qualified job). Can he take it? Is it allowed to change occupations for PNC applicants? Can he take a different job and apply for another BOWP?
